Hire of the Community Billboards
Clutha District Council takes bookings for the two Community Billboards in Balclutha. These billboards are located at Water Tower Park (North Balclutha) and the Rosebank Triangle (South Balclutha).
Conditions of hire:
- The board is for the use of not-for-profit organisations, community events and fundraisers.
- Boards are to be used for events to be held within the Clutha District only, with priority given to Balclutha events.
- Bookings are on a first in basis.
- Both billboards can be booked if there is no other event booked. However, if a booking comes in after you have booked for the same time period, you will be asked to choose which billboard you wish to keep and a refund will be given for the billboard you forgo.
- Space may not be booked for more than 2 weeks at any one time, however if the board is empty in the 2 weeks leading up, the sign can go up early to a maximum of 4 weeks.
- Billboard dimensions are 1200mm x 2400mm
- Please note a fee will be charged per billboard as per Clutha District Council’s Fee’s and Charges schedule, which can be paid upon hire application, or invoiced.

Bookings:
Complete the online application form to hire the Community Billboards below or alternatively complete the hard copy form and drop it in to the Clutha isite Visitor Information Centre. The Council will contact you to discuss your request.
If your preferred dates are unavailable, we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Bookings are subject to demand and are confirmed at Council's discretion.
