Part 1 - Introduction: Explains the terms and expressions used throughout the Bylaw.

Part 2 - Alcohol control: Prohibits and controls for alcohol in specified public places.

Part 3 - Dog control: Controls the keeping of dogs.

Part 4 - Keeping of animals (excluding dogs): Outlines requirements for the keeping of animals, poultry and bees.

Part 5 - Property maintenance: Protects from nuisance, health and safety from abandoned buildings, storage of waste, and excessive vegetation on private and public land.

Part 6 - Public places: Provides control for activities in public places, in particular damage to facilities such as roads, grass verges, garden areas and reserves.

Part 7 - Trading in public places: Regulates selling goods on streets, roads, footpaths and other public places. It covers using vehicles to sell goods and services to the general public; and soliciting for donations or subscriptions, or distributing advertising material.
