Notification and schedule of April 2025 meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of March 2025 will be as follows:

Council Meeting: Thursday 3 April commencing at 1.30pm

Youth Council: Monday 14 April commencing at 5.00pm

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 16 April at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 16 April at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm

Annual Plan Hearings: Wednesday 30 April commencing at 9.00am

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Agendas can be viewed at www.cluthadc.govt.nz/agendas or at your local community library.
