Clutha District residents invited to share their feedback in a satisfaction survey
Clutha District residents are invited to participate in the Resident Satisfaction Survey, beginning 24 February and running through 14 March. This is a valuable opportunity for residents to provide their feedback on a wide range of services provided by the Clutha District Council, including roads, public toilets, libraries, and more.
The survey is being conducted by Truwind, a research firm, and will be available online via the Council’s website at http://www.cluthadc.govt.nz/residents-survey. Additionally, some residents may be contacted by Truwind to assist in gathering responses.
Steve Hill, Chief Executive Officer of the Clutha District Council, emphasised the importance of the survey, “This is a great opportunity for the community to share their thoughts and opinions with us. The feedback we receive is incredibly valuable in helping us understand how residents perceive the services we provide. It also allows us to identify areas for improvement and celebrate our successes. I encourage all residents to take part in the survey, as it will give us insights into how the community feels about Council and its services.”
The survey results will help guide decision-making and ensure that the Council is continually meeting the needs of the Clutha District’s residents. All feedback is appreciated and will contribute to enhancing the quality of services provided.
