Notification & Schedule of February 2025 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of February 2025 will be as follows:

• Risk & Assurance Committee: Wednesday 5 February commencing at 10.30am.
• Regulatory & Community Committee: Wednesday 5 February commencing at 1.30pm.
• Corporate & Policy Committee: Wednesday 5 February following the Regulatory & Community Meeting.
• Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Wednesday 5 February following the Corporate & Policy Committee.
• Committee of the Whole (if required): Wednesday 5 February following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.
• Council Workshop - Annual Plan: Wednesday 20 February commencing at 8.45am
• Council Meeting: Wednesday 20 February commencing at 1.30pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
