Notification & Schedule of September 2024 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of September 2024 will be as follows:

• Representation Review Hearing (if required): Thursday 12 September commencing at 9.00am.
• Council Workshop: Thursday 12 September at the conclusion of the Hearing.
• Council Meeting: Thursday 12 September commencing at 1.30pm.
• Youth Council: Monday 23 September commencing at 5.00pm.
• West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 25 September at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.
• Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 25 September at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
