Resident Satisfaction Survey 2024

Clutha District residents are invited to take part in its annual satisfaction survey and comment on Council’s performance.

The telephone survey will begin on Thursday June 6 and will be conducted by Research First, running for the coming weeks.

Clutha District Council Chief Executive Steve Hill said the survey was people’s chance to provide valuable feedback on Council services, from our libraries to our roads, and much more.

“Your feedback is a great indicator for us. It helps us understand where we need to focus and improve, as well as recognise where we’re doing well,” he said.

The questions would allow people to rate all council services.

“If you get the call, please take a moment to have your say.”

Residents can also provide their feedback via an online survey provided by Research First .
