Notification & Schedule of May 2024 Meetings

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of May 2024 will be as follows:

Council Meeting: Tuesday 9 May commencing at 1.30pm.

Youth Council: Monday 20 May commencing at 5.00pm.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 22 May at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 22 May at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3:00pm.

LTP Submissions Hearings: Thursday 23 May and Friday 24 May commencing at 9.00am.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
