NOTIFICATION & SCHEDULE OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2024 MEETINGS

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of January and February 2024 will be as follows:

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 24 January at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 24 January at the Lawrence Community Library commencing at 3.00pm

Additional Council Meeting: Thursday 25 January commencing at 1.30pm.

Risk & Assurance Committee: Thursday 1 February commencing at 10.30am.

Regulatory & Policy Committee: Thursday 1 February commencing at 1.30pm.

Corporate & Property Committee: Thursday 1 February following the Regulatory & Policy Committee.

Service Delivery Committee: Thursday 1 February following the Corporate & Property Committee.

Council Meeting: Thursday 15 February commencing at 1.30pm.

Youth Council: Monday 26 February commencing at 5.00pm.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 28 February at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 28 February at the Lawrence Community Library commencing at 3.00pm
