Notice of Intention to Grant Lease - Kaitangata Golf Club Inc – Wangaloa Domain
Pursuant to the provisions of the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, the Clutha District Council is notifying the proposal to grant a lease to the Kaitangata Golf Club Inc, on the Wangaloa Domain.
The proposed lease will be for a maximum term of 33 years and is for an area of ground approximately 14.8 hectares.
