​Notice of Intention to Grant Lease - Part of Victoria Park Reserve

Pursuant to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, the Clutha District Council proposes to grant a lease to Kaitangata Community Swimming Pool Incorporated for the purpose of providing a community pool service on part of the Victoria Park Recreation Reserve located on St Albans Street, Kaitangata.

The proposed lease will be for a maximum term of 10 years and is for an area of ground approximately 2,024 m2.
