Notification of Meeting
Public notice is hereby given of a Publicly Excluded Emergency Meeting of Council on 23 November 2023 on completion of the Standing Committee Meetings. The matter to be discussed is “CE Recruitment”.
The reason it is an Emergency Meeting is that notice of an extraordinary meeting could not be given in time and the matter could not wait for scheduled Council meetings.
Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
The above meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.
