Notification and Schedule of November Meetings

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of November 2023 will be as follows:

Additional Council Workshop: Thursday 9 November commencing at 11.00am.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 15 November at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 15 November at the Lawrence Service Centre, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.

Risk and Assurance Committee: Thursday 23 November commencing at 10.30am.

Service Delivery Committee: Thursday 23 November commencing at 1.30pm.

Regulatory and Policy Committee: Thursday 23 November following the Service Delivery Committee.

Corporate and Property Committee: Thursday 23 November following the Regulatory and Policy Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if necessary): Thursday 23 November following the Corporate and Property Committee.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
