​Notification & schedule of May 2023 Council meetings

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of May 2023 will be as follows:

Council Meeting: Thursday 4 May commencing at 1.30pm, meeting to hear verbal submissions to the Annual Plan 2023/24.

Youth Council Meeting: Monday 8 May commencing at 6.30pm, preceded by a workshop at 5pm.

Council Workshop: Thursday 11 May commencing at 10am, to discuss the development of the Long Term Plan 2024/34.

Council Meeting: Thursday 11 May commencing at 1.30pm.

Council Meeting: Thursday 18 May commencing at 1.30pm, meeting to decide changes to the Annual Plan.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 24 May at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 24 May at the Lawrence Service Centre, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3:00pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
