​Notification & schedule of April Council Meetings

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of April 2023 will be as follows:

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 19 April at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 19 April at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.

Risk & Assurance Committee: Thursday 27 April commencing at 10.30am.

Corporate & Property Committee: Thursday 27 April commencing at 1.30pm.

Service Delivery Committee: Thursday 27 April following the Corporate & Property Committee.

Regulatory & Policy Committee: Thursday 27 April following the Service Delivery Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if necessary): Thursday 27 April following the Regulatory & Policy Committee.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
