Resident Satisfaction Survey 2023

Clutha District residents will have the opportunity to give feedback on Council’s performance and take part in the annual satisfactions survey.

The telephone survey will begin on Monday March 20 and will be conducted by Research First, running for the coming weeks.

Mayor Bryan Cadogan “We’re very interested in the trends and trajectories happening in the community and feedback from the public is a great indicator for us.

“It’s of great interest for us to be aware of where we need to focus and address as well as where we’re doing well,” he said.

Council’s strategic planning manager Larissa Brown said the questions would allow people to rate council services, including libraries, roads and more.

Residents are also invited to share their views via an online survey provided by Research First .
