Notification of meetings - January and February 2023

NOTIFICATION & SCHEDULE OF JANUARY MEETINGS

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of January and February 2023 will be as follows:

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 25 January at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 25 January at the Lawrence Service Centre commencing at 3.00pm

Risk & Assurance Committee: Thursday 2 February commencing at 10.30am.

Regulatory & Policy Committee: Thursday 2 February commencing at 1.30pm.

Corporate & Property Committee: Thursday 2 February following the Regulatory & Policy Committee.

Service Delivery Committee: Thursday 2 February following the Corporate & Property Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if necessary): Thursday 2 February following the Service Delivery Committee

Youth Council: Monday 13 February commencing at 6.30pm

Council Workshop: Thursday 16 February commencing at 8.45am.

Council Meeting: Thursday 16 February commencing at 1.30pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
