Notification of Meeting - Hearing 23 June 2022

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that meetings of the Clutha District Council are to be held as follows:

Council Hearing - Proposed Vehicles on Beaches Bylaw: Thursday 23 June 2022 commencing from 9am, and if required Tuesday 28 June 2022 commencing from 3pm and Wednesday 29 June 2022 commencing from 3pm.

These meetings were inadvertently left off the Notification and Schedule of June Meetings previously advertised on 26 May 2022.

The above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.

Public are also welcome to attend by Zoom. The Zoom link to join the meeting online will be available with the meeting agenda on the Clutha District Council website from Wednesday 22 June 2022.
