Stirling, Benhar & South Bruce RWS - Boil water reminder
The council reminds people that the boil water notice remains in place for Stirling, Benhar, Cherry Lane residents and the South Bruce Rural Water Scheme.
The repair design has been approved and essential equipment has been ordered. A local contractor has begun removing the damaged floor and pipework in the sand filter last week in preparation for the concrete pour. The Council thanks you for your patience and understanding while the works are being completed and will provide an update on the process when possible.
Council urges anyone using water from their tap for consumption (including teeth cleaning and washing fruit and vegetables) to boil it for 1 minute before it is used.
You can fill your clean containers at the water tanks available at the Stirling Athenaeum Hall, Cherry Lane or in Benhar, by the Church and Playground.
