| LIM report applications | To guarantee receipt of a LIM prior to Christmas, standard applications need to be lodged by 12 noon on Tuesday 10 December. Urgent applications need to be lodged by 5pm on Friday 13 December. | |
| Property file requests | To receive a property file prior to Christmas, requests must be received before 12noon Thursday 19 December. | |
| Building applications | The building team continues to receive and work on consents up to 24 December. The last day for building inspections will be 23 December and will resume on 8 January 2025. You may still lodge applications via Objective Build however, applications will only be actioned from 6 January 2025.Please be mindful that wait time may be longer over this period. | |
