Planned Road Closures
Milton motorists are advised there will be a planned road closure on State Highway 1 at the intersection at Union, Cross streets and Springfield Road on Sunday 3 November, from 6pm,
This is to allow Andrew Haulage to lay a water main pipe across the road and a signposted detour will be in place.
On the Monday morning Stop/Go traffic management will be in place for reinstatement work at the road crossing.
The contractor will continue working on installing the water mains on Union street from Abercrombie street to Jura street on both sides of the road next week.
There will be safety measures and a 30km speed restriction in place.
