Notification & Schedule of October 2024 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987)

Public notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of October 2024 will be as follows:

• Risk & Assurance Committee: Thursday 10 October commencing at 10.30am
• Regulatory & Community Committee: Thursday 10 October commencing at 1.30pm
• Corporate & Policy Committee: Thursday 10 October following the Regulatory & Community Meeting
• Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Thursday 10 October following the Corporate & Policy Committee.
• Committee of the Whole (if required): Thursday 10 October following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.
• Council Meeting: Wednesday 24 October commencing at 1.30pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
