Will the school zones be permanent speed or variable speed? In this consultation document we are proposing permanent speed limits. Are speed limits on all roads that are adjacent to schools to be reduced? No, Clutha District Council has been working with each school in our district independently to determine which entry is the primary entry, where school drop-off/pick-ups are, and the main route children take to get home.
