Solid Waste Bylaw 2019

The Clutha District Solid Waste Bylaw regulates the use of Council's solid waste services and facilities. Updated in 2019, the bylaw outlines user responsibilities and penalties for not meeting these responsibilities. The Solid Waste Services Information document is not part of the Bylaw, but has been prepared to give effect to the provisions of the Bylaw and provide further information.
