Notification & Schedule of January 2025 Meetings

(Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987).

Public Notice is given in terms of the meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of January 2025 will be as follows:

Council Workshop - Risk & Assurance 2025 Workplan: Tuesday 28 January commencing at 3.00pm.

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 29 January at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 29 January at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
