Notification and schedule of April meetings

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that meetings of the Clutha District Council for the month of April 2024 will be as follows:

Youth Council: Monday 08 April commencing at 5.00pm

West Otago Community Board: Wednesday 10 April at the West Otago RSA, 51 Northumberland Street, Tapanui commencing at 10.30am.

Lawrence/Tuapeka Community Board: Wednesday 10 April at the Lawrence Community Library, 5 Peel Street, Lawrence commencing at 3.00pm.

Council Meeting: Thursday 11 April commencing at 1.30pm.

Council Workshop: Thursday 11 April at the conclusion of the Council Meeting.

Risk & Assurance Committee: Wednesday 24 April commencing at 10.30am.

Corporate & Policy Committee: Wednesday 24 April commencing at 1.30pm.

Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee: Wednesday 24 April following the Corporate & Policy Committee.

Regulatory & Community Committee: Wednesday 24 April following the Infrastructure Strategy & Operations Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if required): Wednesday 24 April following the Regulatory & Community Committee.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers, Clutha District Council, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.

Members of the public are welcome to attend.
