Public notice is given in terms of Schedule 7, Clause 22(1)(b)(i) and 22(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2002 and Section 46(2) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that an extraordinary meeting of the Clutha District Council is to be held as follows:
