Notification of change of meeting date

Public notice is given in terms of Section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 that the meetings of the:

Risk & Assurance Committee is to be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022, commencing at 10.30am.

Corporate & Property Committee is to be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022, commencing at 1.30pm.

Service Delivery Committee is to be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022, following the Corporate & Property Committee.

Regulatory & Policy Committee is to be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022, following the Service Delivery Committee.

Committee of the Whole (if necessary) is to be held on Thursday, 24 November 2022, following the Regulatory & Policy Committee.

The above meetings will commence a day later than the previously advertised date of Wednesday 23 November 2022.

Unless otherwise stated, the above meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Council Administration Office, 1 Rosebank Terrace, Balclutha.
