Recycling Reminder

There has been an increase in polystyrene contamination found in our recycling bins recently. Polystyrene is a contamination and not accepted as recycling and needs to be put in the kerbside rubbish wheelie bins.

Only these items should be placed in your recycling bin:

• Clean plastic bottles, trays and containers numbered 1, 2 and 5.
• Clean paper and cardboard.
• Clean aluminium/steel cans and tins.

If it doesn’t come from the bathroom, laundry or kitchen leave it out.
